I am new to this website (I found it yesterday [ Sept. 12, 09 ] )
Anyway, I want to know how to install programs other than .xat or .xap (w/e it is). Also, why isn't there an internet explorer on the downloaded version? Is there a way to install it?

Please help!!!

Currently you can install only program written in Silverlight. It has .xap file extension.

Internet Explorer isn't available in out of browser version due to Microsoft Silverlight limitation. There is no way to install it.
