Download/run the FaceMonkey app, click "Toggle full screen", close FaceMonkey, you're in!
There should be a shortcut to full screen in SliveOS though...

If you're using IE 11 with Silverlight 4, you should just be able to press F11 and it will do full screen. It works for me!
